About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of HR to lead industrial relations, compliance, and employee engagement for our operations in Sanand, Gujarat. This critical leadership role requires expertise in GIDC/AUDA regulations, labor laws, and plant HR management.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage land matters, employee relations (ER), and industrial relations (IR)
✔ Ensure compliance with GIDC & AUDA Acts and labor regulations
✔ Oversee HR processes, policies, and contract management
✔ Handle union negotiations and dispute resolution
✔ Lead workforce planning and plant HR operations
Requirements
Education: MBA/MSW in HR or related field
Experience:
- 10+ years in plant/industrial HR management
- Expertise in Gujarat labor laws and compliance
- Strong track record in IR/ER and land matters
Skills: - Contract management & legal compliance
- Union negotiations & conflict resolution
- Workforce planning & industrial HR processes
Location Preference: - Candidates residing in/near Sanand preferred
