Role Overview
AV Symphonic Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Area Business Manager (Sr ABM) to oversee multiple territories and a larger field force. This role demands strategic planning, team development, and driving consistent business growth across various therapeutic segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and manage a broader team of Area Business Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Design and implement territory-level strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and territory performance assessments.
- Strengthen relationships with key prescribers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market insights, competitor strategies, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales plans.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent team management, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command over regional operations, sales planning, and people development.
- Willingness to travel and handle multiple zones/territories.
