Role Overview
AV Symphonic Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead sales operations across a defined region. The role involves managing a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs), ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and consistent revenue growth across multiple therapeutic segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional sales performance, drive business growth, and meet revenue goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of ABMs and MRs, fostering productivity and accountability.
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and adapt plans based on performance metrics.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and supply chain teams to ensure effective operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering sales results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.
