AVSS is seeking a highly skilled QE Manager to lead our Greenfield Project in Pithampur (Indore). This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to be a part of the foundational team, shaping the quality and engineering systems of a new facility from the ground up. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in B.Pharm or M.Pharm and extensive experience in Quality Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all quality engineering activities for the new Greenfield facility.
- Lead the implementation of robust Quality Engineering (QE) systems and processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and validation protocols.
- Ensure all processes and equipment comply with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to ensure operational quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior QE staff.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 12-14 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Engineering principles and their application in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Proven experience in Greenfield or brownfield projects.
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools.
