Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Manage and investigate market complaints and customer feedback.
- Lead and document all investigations into quality deviations and non-conformances.
- Work closely with OSD production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
- Maintain and draft validation protocols, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 12+ years in QMS, market complaint handling, investigations, and an OSD background.
Essential Skills
- Strong command of GMP documentation, validation, and compliance processes.
- Proven expertise in investigating quality issues and implementing robust solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience in handling and resolving market complaints.
- Solid background in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing quality.
