Lead Tablet & Capsule Production at a Reputed Goa-Based Pharma Plant
Seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations in a regulated oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility in Verna, Goa. Ideal for pharma professionals with hands-on experience and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise granulation, compression, coating & blending activities
✔ Operate and oversee blister packing machines and primary packaging lines
✔ Ensure line clearance, GMP compliance, and SOP adherence
✔ Maintain production documentation and coordinate with QA for IPQA checks
✔ Monitor shift operations and lead a team of machine operators
Mandatory Requirements
Education: ITI / Diploma (Pharmaceutical / Mechanical / Production / Electrical)
Experience: 3–6 years in production at a pharma formulation plant (tablet/capsule)
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of pharma production machines (granulators, tablet presses, coaters, blister packers)
- Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and production documentation
- Ability to manage shop-floor teams and troubleshoot minor line issues
- Basic understanding of regulatory and quality protocols
