About the Role
We’re hiring a Production Manager to lead foundry operations in Indore. This leadership role requires expertise in methoding, casting design, and production optimization for high-quality metal components.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee end-to-end foundry production (melting, molding, pouring, finishing)
✔ Perform methoding, drawing reviews, and manual calculations
✔ Utilize Solidex, Profast, Magma for casting simulation & optimization
✔ Manage SAP integration for production planning and inventory
✔ Lead process improvement to enhance yield and reduce defects
✔ Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations
Requirements
Education: BE/BTech (Mechanical) – Metallurgy preferred
Experience:
- 10-12 years in foundry production management
- Hands-on with Solidex/Profast/Magma and SAP
- Strong knowledge of casting processes (sand, investment, etc.)
Skills: - Technical drawing interpretation
- Production scheduling & team management
- Lean manufacturing principles
