Lead a Greenfield Pharma Project
AVSS is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer / Senior Manager to lead our Greenfield Project in Pithampur (Indore). This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to be a part of the foundational team, shaping the operational success of a new facility from the ground up. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in process and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all process engineering activities for the new Greenfield facility.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of production processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure all processes and equipment comply with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 14-15 years of experience in process engineering and project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of process design, scale-up, and optimization.
- Proven experience in Greenfield or brownfield projects.
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with process simulation software and project management tools.
