| Key Responsibilities |
| Lead lifecycle of LVP manufacturing unit: project execution to commercial operations |
| Oversee site readiness: utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, equipment installation, validation |
| Ensure cGMP & WHO-GMP compliance |
| Manage production, QA/QC, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and HSE functions |
| Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, contractors for commissioning |
| Implement SOPs, quality systems, documentation |
| Conduct plant performance reviews & report metrics |
| Candidate Profile |
| Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy |
| Minimum 15 years injectable manufacturing experience (preferably LVP) |
| At least 3 years leadership experience |
| Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield project execution |
| Skilled in regulatory inspections (WHO, Uganda NDA, PICS, etc.) |
| Familiar with sterile production, FFS technology, non-PVC, glass LVP lines, utility systems |
| Strong leadership, decision-making, cross-functional coordination skills |
| Willing to relocate full-time to Uganda |
