Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all OSD production activities, ensuring targets are met with high efficiency.
- Implement and maintain GMP and quality systems for OSD manufacturing.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of production staff.
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Manage production schedules, resources, and inventory.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in Pharmacy or related field preferred).
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in OSD Production management.
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in OSD manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, and coating.
- Proven track record in leading and managing large production teams.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and other regulatory compliance for OSD production.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience with production planning software and inventory management systems.
