About the Role
We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Design Engineer to spearhead pharma-grade HVAC systems for industrial projects. You’ll lead design execution from concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with cGMP and ASHRAE standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead HVAC system design (ducting, ventilation, cleanrooms)
✔ Perform heat load calculations (HAP/Carrier) & equipment selection
✔ Prepare technical drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) & BOQs
✔ Ensure energy-efficient, GMP-compliant designs
✔ Coordinate with architects, MEP teams & clients
Requirements
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 5–10 years in HVAC design (pharma/industrial preferred)
- Expertise in HAP, AutoCAD, Revit
Skills: - Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, cGMP norms
- Leadership & project management
- CFD analysis (bonus)
