Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-scale copper foundry operations including melting, casting, refining, and quality assurance.
• Drive production planning, cost control, and continuous process improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
• Supervise cross-functional teams and build a high-performance workforce aligned with operational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to optimize productivity, yield, and quality.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process-optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and QA teams for seamless plant operations.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15–25 years of proven leadership experience in copper or non-ferrous foundry operations.
• Strong expertise in casting technology, melting processes, and production management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control protocols.
