Female Business Development Manager (BDM)
Position: Location: Pune (Travel required for client meetings)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹7–8 LPA
Qualification: B. Pharma + MBA
Key Responsibilities:

| 1. | Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and related sectors. |
| 2. | Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. |
| 3. | Achieve an annual sales target of approx ₹1 Cr. |
| 4. | Develop and sustain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups. |
| 5. | Manage client meetings, presentations, social media presence, and participation in industry exhibitions (e.g., PMEC, CPHI). |
| 6. | Oversee end-to-end order execution and ensure timely payment collections. |
| 7. | Maintain MIS reports, track sales progress, and ensure client satisfaction. |
