About the Role
We’re hiring a Design Head with expertise in foundry processes and casting design to lead our engineering team in Indore. Ideal for mechanical engineers proficient in Solidex, Profast, Magma, and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and optimize casting patterns and molds using Solidex/Profast
✔ Perform simulation analysis with Magma software
✔ Create detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD
✔ Manage SAP integration for design documentation
✔ Oversee foundry process improvements and quality checks
Requirements
Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience:
- 3-6 years in foundry/casting design
- Hands-on with Solidex, Profast, Magma, AutoCAD
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
Skills: - Pattern design & simulation
- GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Foundry process knowledge
