About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations in Pune. This critical role requires expertise in granulation, compression, coating, and packaging processes for tablets.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee end-to-end OSD production (granulation to packaging)
✔ Manage RMG, FBD, compression machines, and coating equipment
✔ Ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory readiness (USFDA/WHO)
✔ Optimize OEE, yields, and production efficiency
✔ Lead cross-functional coordination with QA, QC, and Engineering
Requirements
Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm or BE (Mechanical/Chemical)
Experience:
- 10-12 years in OSD manufacturing (tablets)
- Hands-on with granulation, compression, coating
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO-GMP)
Skills: - Production planning & team management
- Troubleshooting OSD equipment
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
