About the Position
A reputed pharmaceutical company in Nashik seeks an experienced Deputy Manager – Electrical Engineering to lead plant maintenance, utility operations, and regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role offering exposure to international audits and cross-functional team management.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Equipment Maintenance: Oversee electrical systems for tablet & liquid formulation equipment
✔ Utility Management: Ensure 24/7 operations of RO-EDI, ETP, boilers, HVAC, and power systems
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with MIDC, MPCB, Boiler Inspector, and other statutory authorities
✔ Budget & AMCs: Manage engineering budgets, AMCs, and preventive maintenance schedules
✔ Audit Readiness: Lead USFDA, WHO-GMP, and ISO audits with proper documentation
Requirements
Education: B.E. – Electrical (Post-graduation preferred)
Experience: 10–15 years in pharma/manufacturing plant maintenance
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in pharma utility systems (ETP, HVAC, boilers)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and audit compliance
- Proficiency in Marathi (advantage for govt. liaison)
