Job Role:
One of our clients is urgently seeking a qualified Deputy Manager – Engineering to lead maintenance and engineering operations at their facility in Nashik. This role demands expertise in pharmaceutical plant equipment, utility systems, and compliance-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance, breakdown resolution, and preventive care of Tablet & Liquid formulation machinery
- Oversee operations and maintenance of engineering utilities and services
- Manage ETP and RO-EDI systems effectively
- Liaison with government bodies: MIDC, Boiler Inspector, Lift Authority, ETP, MPCB, MSEDCL, Safety Committee, etc.
- Prepare and monitor engineering budgets
- Manage project executions, upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
- Maintain ISO documentation and handle audit processes
- Manage regulatory and international audits
- Oversee maintenance of QC and R&D equipment
- Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E. – Electrical
- Experience: 10–15 years in engineering/maintenance in pharma or manufacturing units
- Age Criteria: 32–37 years
- Location: Nashik
- Strong technical understanding of equipment and utilities
- Familiarity with compliance, liaison, and audit requirements
