One of our clients is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives in international markets and is passionate about driving strategic growth. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong global exposure and proven success in business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and competitor movements to guide decision-making
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for international business growth
- Negotiate high-value contracts and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across global regions
- Identify and capitalize on new international business opportunities and untapped markets
Requirements:
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Business Development / International Marketing
- Proven track record in managing international sales, client acquisition, and expansion
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of global market dynamics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global business environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
