Compensation: ₹13 LPA + Travel Allowance
About the Role
Lead end-to-end production operations for tablets & capsules in a cGMP-compliant facility, with exposure to domestic and international (ROW) markets. Opportunity to travel to Nigeria with additional allowances.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee granulation, compression, coating, blistering & capsule filling
✔ Ensure 100% cGMP compliance with real-time documentation
✔ Manage production team (hiring, training, performance)
✔ Optimize OEE, batch yields, and production efficiency
✔ Coordinate with QA, QC, and regulatory teams
Requirements
Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience:
- 10-12 years in tablet/capsule manufacturing
- Exposure to domestic & ROW market regulations
- Hands-on knowledge of OSD equipment (FBD, RMG, compression machines)
Skills: - cGMP documentation & audit readiness
- Team management (20+ members)
- Problem-solving for OSD manufacturing issues
