About the Role

AV Symphonic Solutions is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Compliance and Qualification for our Andheri, Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of hands-on experience in managing quality systems, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical equipment qualification.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and update SOPs, Risk Assessments, and Internal Audit systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Prepare and review Qualification Documents: URS (User Requirement Specification), DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).
  • Ensure 100% compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, Engineering, and Validation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in compliance roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audit procedures.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
