Role Overview
AV Symphonic Solutions is hiring an experienced and result-driven Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will ensure sales performance, drive territory expansion, and deliver consistent business growth across diverse therapeutic clusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) within assigned territories.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and channel partners.
- Analyze territory potential and competitor activity, and implement effective strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support sales goals and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharma sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple territories efficiently.
