AVSS is looking for a skilled Senior Officer with expertise in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Production, specifically in the compression area. This is a great opportunity to join our production team at our facility in Sikkim Unit II. We’re looking for a professional with a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree and a strong background in OSD production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute OSD compression processes and activities.
- Ensure all production operations comply with GMP guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Monitor production schedules and resource utilization to meet output targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the compression process.
- Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
- Train and guide junior production staff on compression techniques and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 4-7 years in OSD Production, with specific experience in compression.
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of OSD production processes, particularly tablet compression.
- Familiarity with compression machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, quality standards, and safety procedures.
