AVSS invites skilled Analytical Development professionals to join our team in Baroda, Gujarat. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of new pharmaceutical products by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical methods. We’re looking for a professional with a solid background in M.Sc. or M.Pharm and a strong track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
- Lead and manage a team of junior scientists and technicians.
- Conduct and document all analytical work in compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, and Production teams to support product development.
- Troubleshoot and optimize analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and SOPs.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc. or M.Pharm).
- Experience: 6-12 years of experience in Analytical Development.
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in analytical method development and validation.
- Proficiency with analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a cGMP environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
