About the Role
We seek an AGM to spearhead our non-ferrous foundry division (aluminum/copper/zinc). This is a profit-center leadership role requiring expertise in alloy development, high-pressure die casting, and lean manufacturing.
Key Accountabilities
✔ Business Strategy: Drive ₹100Cr+ non-ferrous casting business
✔ Technical Leadership:
- Optimize die casting, gravity casting, sand casting processes
- Implement Industry 4.0 in foundry operations
✔ Stakeholder Management: - Key accounts (automotive/aerospace clients)
- Government/regulatory compliance
✔ Team Development: Mentor 300+ cross-functional team
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
- BTech/MTech (Metallurgy/Mech) + MBA (Operations) preferred
Experience: - 15+ years with last 5 in AGM/DGM roles
- P&L management of ₹50Cr+ foundry units
- Expertise in aluminum alloy development
Signature Achievements Sought: - Led productivity improvements >20%
- Established new casting lines
- Certified in IATF 16949/NABL
