About the Role
We seek an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee foundry equipment, induction furnaces, and heat transfer systems at our Indore facility. This leadership role requires deep expertise in preventive maintenance and fabrication equipment management.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead maintenance of induction furnaces, sand plants, and cranes
✔ Optimize heat transfer systems for energy efficiency
✔ Manage fabrication equipment lifecycle (CNC, welding, etc.)
✔ Implement predictive maintenance strategies
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
Experience: 10-12 years in foundry/fabrication plant maintenance
Technical Expertise:
- Induction furnace operations & maintenance
- Sand plant and material handling systems
- Hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Leadership Skills: - Team management (15+ technicians)
- Budgeting and spare parts inventory
