About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Head to lead and expand our testing laboratory network across Food, Pharmaceutical, and Environmental sectors. This leadership role demands expertise in regulatory compliance, client management, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Strategic Leadership: Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across PAN India labs
✔ Client & Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with F&B, Pharma, and Environmental sectors
✔ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FSSAI, WHO-GMP, NABL, CPCB standards
✔ Team Leadership: Manage lab operations, technical teams, and business development
✔ Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities in food safety, drug testing, and environmental analysis
Requirements
Education: Science Graduate (Post-graduation/MBA preferred)
Experience:
- 10-12 years in testing laboratory management
- Proven track record in Food/Pharma/Environmental testing
- Strong understanding of NABL accreditation, ISO 17025
Skills: - Business development & P&L management
- Regulatory compliance expertise
- Client relationship building
