Role Overview

AV Symphonic Solutions is seeking a skilled and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives in the Oncology Division. This role will focus on developing high-value strategies for specialty hospital segments and key oncology therapies across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute business strategies tailored to oncology care and treatments.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with oncologists, specialty hospitals, and cancer centers.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth for oncology products and therapies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in oncology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, supply chain, and operational planning.
  • Ensure consistent performance and compliance with company objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology or specialty care.
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
