Role Overview
AV Symphonic Solutions is looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our Chronic Care Division across India. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by building strong prescriber networks and expanding presence in key chronic therapy areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the chronic care portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with specialist doctors in chronic segments such as cardiology, diabetology, and internal medicine.
- Execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and prescriber behavior.
- Train and support field sales teams for effective product positioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments for product promotions and campaign execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chronic care or pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to build prescriber relationships and drive consistent results.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
