Position: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Foundry Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Foundry Head in managing daily foundry operations and implementing strategic business goals.
- Ensure efficient functioning of copper melting, casting, and refining processes.
- Lead initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and equipment performance improvements.
- Supervise workforce allocation, training programs, and employee performance.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industrial protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and operational success.
