Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Foundry Operations

Experience Required: 12 to 20 Years (Experience in Copper / Non-Ferrous Metals industry preferred)
CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Foundry Head in overseeing daily foundry operations and driving strategic improvements.
- Supervise and optimize processes including melting, casting, and refining.
- Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality output.
- Manage workforce planning, training, and productivity to ensure high-performance operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and maintain operational discipline.
