Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential pharma/healthcare clients and partners
- Generate leads through digital platforms, events, and networking
- Run lead gen campaigns (emails, landing pages, cold outreach)
- Schedule/attend client meetings (virtual/in-person)
- Maintain pipeline and data in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing for outreach efforts
- Present company offerings using clinical and market insights
- Conduct detailed market research
- Domestic and occasional international travel
Eligibility Criteria
| Qualification | Bachelor’s in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred) |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years in BD/Sales/Marketing in Pharma/Healthcare |
| Skills | Medical knowledge, CRM, MS Office, Communication, Client Handling |
| Attributes | Results-driven, self-motivated, professional |
