Associate Manager – Production

Job Role:

We are urgently hiring for the position of Associate Manager – Production for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing unit located in Jejuri, Pune. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in end-to-end production processes, quality systems, and team management across domestic and ROW markets. Travel to Nigeria may be required, with additional allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes – from dispensing to dispatch
  
• Expertise in:
  
  • Granulation
    
  • Compression
    
  • Coating
    
  • Blister packing
    
  • Capsule manufacturing and filling
    
• Daily production planning and machine-wise scheduling
  
• Maintain online documentation and records as per compliance
  
• Handle manpower management, alignment, and training
  
• Ensure adherence to QMS (Quality Management Systems) standards
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
  
• Willingness to travel to Nigeria when required (allowances applicable)

Requirements:

•  Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
  
•  Experience: 10 to 15 years in a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (Domestic & ROW exposure preferred)
  
•  Job Location: Jejuri, Pune
  
•  Travel flexibility to Nigeria (as per company requirements)
