Job Role: Executive – EHS | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | Nashik
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization based in Nashik is urgently hiring for the position of Executive – EHS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, while managing plant-wide EHS responsibilities in line with the Maharashtra Safety Officers Rules, 1982.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all plant EHS operations in accordance with applicable regulatory norms.
- Ensure full compliance with the Maharashtra Safety Officers Rules, 1982.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to EHS.
- Handle statutory safety requirements, ensuring timely updates and proper implementation.
- Manage and troubleshoot the operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
- Lead plant-wide safety initiatives and drive proactive incident prevention measures.
- Coordinate and conduct safety audits, inspections, and internal training programs.
- Prior exposure to EHS standards in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Proficiency in the Marathi language is mandatory.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: BE / DME / DEE with ADIS certification (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)
- Experience: 5–7 years in EHS within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Age Limit: Below 30 years
- Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
- Skillset: Strong understanding of EHS regulations, safety audits, and plant safety systems
