One of our clients is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who thrives in international markets and is passionate about driving strategic growth. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong global exposure and proven success in business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and competitor movements to guide decision-making
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for international business growth
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across global regions
  • Identify and capitalize on new international business opportunities and untapped markets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Business Development / International Marketing
  • Proven track record in managing international sales, client acquisition, and expansion
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of global market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global business environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
